Current Designs Nomad: Long, narrow, and fast.
If you want speed while touring, then the Nomad will suit your needs.
At Cascade, we think this is one of the finest touring kayaks ever made. The
Extreme is a very fast and versatile touring kayak. A shallow "V" hull provides
confident stability to a hull that is only 21-1/4" wide. The long slender
waterline adds to the efficiency of the hull and gives you an extremely fast
open water touring boat. It slices through waves with ease, maneuvers well
and allows the paddler to handle adverse conditions with confidence.
With its carrying capacity and seaworthy design the Extreme can handle
expeditions, extended tours, or day trips, with equal ease.

Current Designs Stratus: Designer, Dave Kruger, raised the bar for superefficient,
yet stable and user-friendly kayaks with the new Stratus.
This performance-touring model is Swede form to maximize glide, and is
among the most efficient kayaks available for its width. The bow shape of the
Stratus increases water-line length, yet doesn't catch weeds as an overlyplumb
bow is prone to do. Rocker is kept to a minimum to further improve
speed and tracking, while a low profile deck helps reduce windage
The Stratus features a generous cockpit that allows flexibility in paddling style.
Thigh braces are built-in under the deck, keeping the cockpit free of
obstructions, The seat includes a back band and comes standard with a rudder
uphaul/downhaul system for greater control. Bow and stern hatches and
bulkheads, as well as the comprehensive deck lines that Current Designs is
known for complete the package.
The Stratus is also offered in a high-volume version for those who require
more depth.

Epic V10 Surf Ski: V10 was designed from the ground up by Oscar Chalupsky,
Greg Barton and computer whiz John Dixon. It's incredibly fast and agile while
maintaining comfortable stability. While Epic met their goal of designing a boat
that is faster than the competition on flat water, the Epic V10 really shines in
downwind and upwind heavy sea conditions. A fully adjustable footbrace
combines with a high capacity venturi drain to keep water out. The single
footwell and front deck cutaway allows for a closer, more powerful stroke.
