Masters Camp Schedule 2013

Focusing on adult sprint, marathon and surf ski citizen level competitors, the five goals of this camp are to help you develop your kayaking technique for greater endurance, power and speed, learn how to organize your training, develop your racing skills, develop your sport knowledge, get together with others of similar interest for friendship and camaraderie, and to share ideas and experiences.

The camp is organized into five activity types including on the water training, video analysis of participants’ paddling technique, video analysis of model paddling technique, off the water presentations on paddling specific topics, and social activities.

Prerequisite  Ability to comfortably paddle a surf Ski or Flatwater K-1 using a wing paddle
Ages               18 and older
Cost                 $535 includes entry for the Race For the Cookies on April 6
                          There's an additional cost for VO2 Max testing at the Seattle
                          University affiliated lab
