Cascade Canoe & Kayak Race for the Cookies!
Join us for a fun day of racing for all types of canoes and kayaks, up to 22 feet in length.  Racers are seeded by order of expected speed and start one at a time on 30-second intervals.  Catch the paddler in front of you and keep the racer behind you from catching up!  All racers receive their time and Cookies!  2 laps of the racecourse.

Cascade Canoe & Kayak Sprint Race
Canoe & kayak racing is the 4th largest Olympic sport.  Men and women race on flatwater in single, double and four-person canoes and kayaks over distances of 500 and 1000 meters.  The Cascade Sprint Race features Junior, Senior and Masters ICF events on the Cedar River Race Course next to our boathouse in Renton.

Cascade Canoe & Kayak Distance Race
The Cascade Distance Race is for all human-powered craft.  Distances are 5 and 13 miles on Lake Washington and all levels of experience are welcome.  We’ll finish the day with a yummy barbeque.
