Learn to Canoe LakesACA

 Get the family together and learn to canoe on lakes.  In this beginning course you will learn how to canoe safely on lakes; maneuvering strokes to take your canoe precisely where you want to go, how to work with wind, small waves and to paddle with a partner.  We’re on the water each session with two 2.5-hour lessons on lake Washington and a day trip on a beautiful Cascade mountain lake with lunch next to a waterfall.canoe kachees
Prereq       Ability to swim 50 yards
Ages          11 and older, youth under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
Class size 3 - 8
Cost            $129
                     $45 Rental
Location    Renton Boathouse
Use your own canoe and/or dry suit and save.  Your canoe must be approved by the instructor.
