Kayak Forward Stroke      
Development Clinic

Efficient paddling technique is about maximizing distance traveled with each stroke.  In this course, we combine on-the-water stroke analysis with off-the-water discussions of technique principles, video analysis of your technique.  Stroke development is then taken to the kayak ergometer and back into your boat.

Kayak rental includes the kayak, PFD, paddle, spray skirt, pump, and paddle float.
Save money by using your own boat.
Your boat must be approved by the instructor.
