Learn to Canoe on Lakes 2007
Get the family together and learn to canoe on lakes. In this beginning course you will learn how to canoe safely on lakes; maneuvering strokes to take your canoe precisely where you want to go, how to work with wind, small waves and to paddle with a partner. We’re on the water every session with two 2.5-hour lessons at our Center and a day trip on a beautiful Cascade mountain lake with lunch next to a waterfall.

| Cost: | $119 includes instruction and trip transportation. Paddling equipment rental (PFD, canoe, paddle, skirt, pump, float) $45 for the entire class. Dry suit or wetsuit optional – Dry suit rental $18. Using your own boat must be approved by instructor |

Learn to Canoe on Easy Rivers 2007
River canoeing is a marvelous way to experience the hundreds of miles of Northwest rivers. Whether you’re fishing, camping or spending the day in the sunshine, Northwest rivers offer an abundance of marvelous experiences for you and your family to enjoy! Learn to maneuver your canoe on rivers, cross from shore-to-shore, turn in and our of current, coordinate with your paddling partner and negotiate easy rapids.

Ski–to–Sea Canoe Prep 2007
The ultimate in Ski–to-Sea Race preparation for the canoe leg! Spend one afternoon at our Renton boathouse learning about and developing efficient paddling technique and then take a practice run on the course with your instructor. Learn about developing paddling strength and endurance as well as speed, the fastest course, managing wind and waves and fast canoes.
